Shipping Options

CANADA:

FLICK OFF currently ships only to addresses within Canada. Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, (holidays excluded).

Standard Delivery All complete in stock orders where the credit card is successfully authorized before noon eastern time on a business day will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Most orders will be received within seven to ten days following credit card authorization.

Express Delivery
All complete in stock orders where the credit card is successfully authorized before noon central time on a business day will be shipped within 1 business day. All other shipments will be sent the next day. We use Canada Post for all Canadian express orders.

Order Status
If you would like to check the current status of your FLICK OFF order you may visit our Order Status page and track your order using your order number found in Order Tracking.

Order Delivery
We will provide you with a Shipment Tracking Number email before tracking information will appear on the appropriate carrier's website.

If you think your order is late, please note that:
• Express orders placed after noon Eastern time, weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day
• If your order contains a backordered item your order may be held in an effort to send your complete order at the same time.
• Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to your order being processed.
• Delivery occurs: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) Holiday Shipping Information We recommend that you place your FLICK OFF order at least 10 business days before any major holiday with standard delivery and 5 business days with express delivery. We can only guarantee delivery of orders where all items are in stock.
