If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange any unwashed or unworn items with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. At FLICK OFF we are only able to process returns of merchandise purchased online through FLICK OFF.
If you would like to exchange or return FLICK OFF merchandise that you have purchased from one of our partner stores or another retailer please return to the store where you made your initial purchase. The following policies apply only to FLICK OFF online purchases.
INSTRUCTIONS
Exchanges With an Original Sales Receipt:
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged with a receipt up to 30 days after you receive your package. Please provide your contact information and a detailed description of the item(s) you would like to exchange and please indicate your replacement item(s). Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Exchanges Without a Receipt:
Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/ or billed to, and the email address or credit card used to purchase the item. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
